Base Prospectus Supplement dated 15 February 2024 to the Base Prospectus dated 19 December 2023 in respect of the EUR 5,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of Coca-Cola HBC Finance B.V. as issuer and Coca-Cola HBC as guarantor (the "Supplement”).
