Zug, Switzerland – 16 June 2020 – Coca-Cola HBC AG ("Coca-Cola HBC” or the "Company”) announces today that its board of directors (the "Board”) has re-appointed all members of the Board Committees.

The composition of the Board Committees will be as follows:
