Pricing of Issue of Notes

Zug, Switzerland and Amsterdam, The Netherlands – 9 May 2019 – Further to the announcement earlier today, Coca-Cola HBC AG ("Coca-Cola HBC”) and Coca-Cola HBC Finance B.V. (the "Issuer”) announce the pricing of euro 700 million aggregate principal amount of 1.000% Notes due 2027 and euro ¤600 million aggregate principal amount of 1.625% Notes due 2031, to be issued by the Issuer under its euro 5 billion Euro Medium Term Note Programme.

The Notes will be guaranteed by Coca-Cola HBC.

Application will be made for the Notes to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the Regulated Market of the London Stock Exchange plc. Settlement and the issue of the Notes are expected to occur on 14 May 2019.
