Στις 25/8 θα ανακοινωθούν τα αποτελέσματα α΄ εξαμήνου 2009 του ΟΠΑΠ.

The General Assembly resolved the distribution to shareholders of the total dividend for the fiscal year 2008 of 2.20 Euro per share.

OPAP΄s BoD, on its 11th/10-04-09 session, unanimously decided upon the election of the independent, non-executive member of the Board, Mr Konstantinos M. Maratos.

Τον κ. Κωνσταντίνο Μαράτο, εξέλεξε το Δ.Σ. του ΟΠΑΠ ως αντικαταστάτη τoυ παραιτηθέντος ανεξάρτητου μη εκτελεστικού μέλους κ. Θεόδωρου Βάρδα.

Στο 13,3874% ανήλθε η συμμετοχή της Capital Research and Management Company - εταιρεία διαχείρισης επενδύσεων - στο σύνολο των μετοχών και τα αντίστοιχα δικαιώματα ψήφου του ΟΠΑΠ.

Ον 24/3, Capital Research and Management Company now holds a total of 42.705.785 shares namely 13,3874% over the total share capital of OPAP S.A. and the respective voting rights.

Στις 16/3 θα ανακοινώσει ο ΟΠΑΠ τα αποτελέσματα της χρήσης του 2008.

Σε ανασύνθεση της επιτροπής εσωτερικού ελέγχου προέβη ο ΟΠΑΠ.

OPAP SA announces that OPAP International and OPAP Glory, acquired, 30.50% and 5.50% respectively, of the company called "NEUROSOFT SA - SOFTWARE PRODUCTION".

Το 36% της Neurosoft απέκτησαν οι κατά 100% θυγατρικές της εταιρείες ΟΠΑΠ International Ltd και ΟΠΑΠ Κύπρου Ltd.

OPAP SA announces that, OPAP΄s BoD, unanimously decided upon the election of the non-executive members of the Board, Mr George N. Mouroutis and Mr Theodoros K. Vardas.

Αλλαγή προέκυψε στο διοικητικό συμβούλιο του ΟΠΑΠ με την παραίτηση των μη εκτελεστικών μελών, κ.κ. Μιχαήλ Γαλάνη του Γεωργίου και Γεωργίου Τζοβλά του Νικολάου.
