Foreign Minister George Gerapetritis is to travel to the United States, accompanying Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis to the NATO anniversary summit and in his contacts with foreign officials and members of Congress, as well as having separate bilateral meetings with his own counterparts attending the summit meeting.

According to diplomatic sources, Gerapetritis is to take part in an event with U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinked on Tuesday to discuss the agenda "Women, Peace and Security" and attend the event celebrating the 75th anniversary of the Alliance.

On Wednesday, July 10, Gerapetritis will attend a dinner given by Blinken for his counterparts in the Library of Congress, the same sources said.
