Independent Deputy Konstantinos Floros will be testify before a prosecutor after 13:00 on Thursday after he spent the night at the Attica Police Headquarters.

Floros physically attacked Elliniki Lysi deputy Vassilis Grammenos in parliament on Wednesday. He faces criminal charges, as parliamentary immunity does not apply in criminal offences committed in flagrante.
