Main opposition SYRIZA-Progressive Alliance leader Stefanos Kasselakis on Wednesday responded to Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis' announcements regarding measures to combat high prices in a post on his social media accounts.

At the same time, he indicated that his party is preparing to present a comprehensive plan to combat price hikes that will be presented in the near future. 

Kasselakis also noted that the prime minister had effectively admitted that the problem of high prices "was not imported but his own," when he said that "it cannot continue to be tolerated that the same products are sold more dearly in Greece."
"Our own answer: For the last 15 days, using 30 selected cadres, we are working on a comprehensive plan against high prices. It will be presented in the following days... It will contain specific, essential, and costed measures for a better life."
